NextWave (Thailand) is focused on distributing networking security solutions, customer service and technical support through Channel Partners. NextWave has staffs with experiences in sales and technical support. NextWave has a policy to differentiate itself by providing not only competitive price but also training, technical consultant to the resellers and post sales support when required.
Sales Executive / Account Manager (Security and Virtualization Product)
- Understand customers/partners business and to anticipate or requirements through consultative selling.
- Develop and win new competitive accounts in identified segment markets
- Identify opportunities and implement coverage models that will generate business opportunities
- Implement and execute sales activities to achieve target budgets and maximize growth.
- Proper qualification of sales leads before mobilizing resources to engage the customer.
- Conduct sales presentation, prepare sales proposals and negotiate with customers/partners and suppliers to win sales orders.
- Maintain close contact with clients/partners in various levels, senior management, operations and correspondent people to ensure continuing closure of sales.
- Be alert to competitive services sales/solutions activities
- Keep one-self updated on developments in selling/negotiation skills
- Reviews sales performance on a regular basis and take corrective actions as required.
- Male or Female with age not over 35 years
- Minimum 3 years experiences in a similar organization and had experience in proven track record.
- Experience in dealing with customers at a senior level.
- Presentation Skill and Negotiation
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skill, Responsibility
- Good command in writing and speaking English
Technical Consultant (Security and Virtualization Product) / ที่ปรึกษาทางด้านเทคนิค
- Responsible for promotion and sales of the company’s suite of products (Security product and Virtualization product)
- Liaise with and develop relationship with principals, strategic accounts
- Responsible for providing pre-sales technical support to the sales team
- Responsible for delivering product demonstrations to customers and in marketing events
- Work closely with technical partner on proof of values (POVs) in customers’ environment
- Work with vendor’s presales and support team to resolve technical issues
- Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience working in one or more of the following roles: systems/network administration, web/database administration, application support, application design/programming
- Excellent presentation, communication and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of basic networking components and concepts. Ability to troubleshoot basic networking issues
- Familiar with Security products like Firewall, IDS/IPS, VPN etc
- Familiar with Virtualization products like VMWare, Hyper-V etc
- Experience with Linux/Windows shell scripting / Cloud and Big Data technologies
- Ability to work independently, prioritize work and ask for help when needed.
- Passionate in helping customers to solve problems
- Good English communication, both writing and speaking skills
