Network / Security Engineer 3 positions
Responsibilities:
- To provide pre & post sale support for products assigned.
- To obtain technical certification for assigned products that company distributes.
- To help customers in matching requirement into product/solutions.
- To conduct Product Hands-on Training to customers and partners
- To support Sales personnel in sales process, e.g. product features/functionalities clarification, implementation consideration, tender compliance, etc.
- To conduct POC to secure sales.
Skills & Experience:
- Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision.
- Ability to work independently but still a team player.
- Knowledge / Experience in security e.g. Firewall, IPS, SIEM or Networking would be an advantage.
- Relevant product certification would be advantage.
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in technical implementation, deployment, support, design, consultation and trouble shooting of network or Security solution system.
Product Manager 2 positions
Responsibilities:
- Responsible in managing assigned product portfolio and drive new sales to achieve Revenue and GP targets
- Build strategic relationship with relevant product vendors and partners to promote solutions to End Users
- Analyse market conditions and competitive landscape to develop sound business strategy to increase Sales Revenue for relevant product assigned
- Conduct product presentation to End Users
- Conduct periodic product updates and enablement for Channel Partners
- Business and Revenue Forecast, including periodic reviews with relevant product vendors on business and sales activities
- Work with Marketing Team to develop marketing programs
- Work with presales team on product solution, including Bill of Material and pricing
- Inventory Management and Control
Skills & Experience:
- Product management or partner management experience would be advantage
- Good negotiation skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
Channel Account Manager 2 positions
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the channel strategy in Thailand by identifying and developing new partners, whilst building on existing relationships.
- Liaise with and develop relationship with Reseller and System Integrators
- Maintain responsibility for profitable growth within the partner portfolio, Develop partner sales and grow revenue.
- Present and create awareness of the organization products portfolio.
- Maintain a professional approach, applying company Values, in all correspondence internally and externally.
- Explore opportunities for greater penetration into other parts of a client’s business and group of companies and or subsidiaries.
Skills & Experience:
- With min 1 to 3 years Channel sales experience will be advantage, preferred from security/Network/IT industry
- A good sales track record of computer networks and internet security will be an advantage.
- Capacity to engage and forge strong partner relationship.
- Own vehicle
- Understand the necessary elements to create trust: reliability, communication, initiative, and follow-up
- Successful experience in IT Channel management or Account management will be advantage.
