Supermicro เปิดตัวโซลูชัน Arm-based Platform และ OCP System สำหรับ Next-Gen AI Infrastructure

Super Micro Computer ได้ออกมาประกาศเปิดตัว Data Center Building Block Solutions (DCBBS) รุ่นใหม่ ซึ่งประกอบไปด้วยเครื่อง Arm-Based Server Platform ที่ใช้ Arm AGI CPU และ Open Compute Project (OCP) ORv3-Compliant Rack เพื่อรองรับ AI Infrastructure แห่งอนาคต

Arm AGI CPU Server ที่พัฒนาขึ้นจากเทคโนโลยี Arm Neoverse นี้ถือเป็นรากฐานของการประมวลผลแห่งอนาคต ด้วยค่าประสิทธิภาพต่อพลังงานที่ดียิ่งขึ้นกว่าในอดีต ช่วยให้ลดการใช้พลังงานลงได้เป็นอย่างดี ในขณะเดียวกัน การรองรับ Arm AGI CPU Server ได้ในระบบของ OCP ORv3 ได้ก็ช่วยให้การออกแบบระบบที่มีประสิทธิภาพสูงนั้นเป็นไปได้อย่างยืดหยุ่นมากยิ่งขึ้น ดังนี้

นอกจากนี้ยังมีการเปิดตัว 2U GPU Server ที่รองรับ OCP ORv3 Rack หน้ากว้าง 21 นิ้ว โดยสามารถติดตั้ง 2x Intel Xeon 6 6700 Series Processor ที่ใช้ P-Cores ที่มาพร้อมกับ NVIDIA HGX B300 8-GPU และ 5th Gen NVLink ทำให้สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับระบบ AI ขนาดใหญ่ได้

ในเวลาเดียวกัน ก็ยังมีการเปิดตัว Supermicro FlexTwin รุ่นใหม่ที่รองรับ OCP ORv3 Rack โดยภายในจะมี Server แยกกัน 2 เครื่องภายใน 1-OU Chassis ซึ่งมีทั้งรุ่นสำหรับ CPU จาก Intel และ AMD โดยมีระบบระบายความร้อนแบบ Liquid Cooling ทั้งสำหรับส่วนของ CPU, Memory และ VRM ลดความร้อนที่เกิดขึ้นได้ถึง 90%
